President
Marillian received a B.A. from Lesley University in Management and received the Purdue University’s Pest Management Certification. Marillian has over 35 years experience in the pest control industry. She is past President of the New England Pest Management Association and 2015 recipient of the Bartlett Eldredge Award. Currently she is Immediate Past President for the National Pest Management Association and Chair of the Professional Women in Pest Management of New England.
Chief Operating Officer
Steve has over 40 years experience in the pest control industry. Steve’s experience in the field of construction has extended the company’s reach into exclusion and repair. His experience in construction enables him to specialize in environmentally friendly pest exclusion. His personality, strong ethics and a desire to assure quality service has been a perfect fit to communicate to clients as well as educating and training employees.
Field Manager
Hasan has been with Buono Pest Control for over 15 years and manages our service technicians who perform on-site routine services of residential and commercial accounts. He oversees the scheduling and training of the service technicians, assists on service contracts, and directs support services with our clients. His professional mission is to ensure that all clients expectations are met, utilizing his great customer service and quick response.
Founder
Ben was born and raised in Waltham, MA, the oldest of nine children. Ben graduated from Newton North High School and then attended Santa Barbara City College. He joined the Army in 1967 and served in Germany in 1968 and in Vietnam in 1969. Ben liked biology and with his Boy Scout and military training, pest control was a great fit. He started his business, Buono Pest Control in 1978 in Belmont, MA. One of his proudest moments was being President of the New England Pest Management Association from 1995-1996 and winning a Bart Eldredge award in 2004.
The priority is solving the problem and taking care of the client—not pushing unnecessary services.
